Canada and Egypts Bilateral Relationships
Universities of Canada in Egypt is honored to Host H.E. Louis Dumas, the Ambassador-Designate to the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Mr. Dumas has a long history of Governmental and Diplomatic work, He started his career with the Government of Canada in 1990 and then held positions in Singapore, Cairo, Beijing, and Moscow.
Most recently, He served as Director-General of Transformation at IRCC.
