Our Student Athletes Are Having A Great Time Out There!

Have you been following the success of Universities of Canada’s athletes?

The last few months have been a whirlwind of athletic activity for Universities of Canada’s athletes.

It’s been a long, hard, fruitful season for the Universities of Canada’s athletes! They’ve played their hearts out and it’s our pleasure to acknowledge them for their efforts.

Our athletes were able to make us proud numerous times throughout the season! That’s why it was time to celebrate their victories & successes. We held a celebration for our athletes to congratulate them on their athletic achievements.

Most of the students and teams participated in the Universities Championship. Both the girls’ & boys’ football teams won second place. Our Fencing team won 4th place, and The Basketball team won 2nd place. The Tennis team won 4th place while our karate player, Kareem Khairy, won third place. Moreover, our Pentathlon team won 2nd place.

Kareem Zayed won 3rd place in the Universities Championship’s karate tournament. We have two swimmers who had terrific achievements. Karim Adel won 1st place in the Universities Championship while Kamal El Sharnouby won 2nd place in the National Championship.

Continuing with the National Championship, Paula Ashraf, Dodgeball player, won 3rd place and Jana Hossam, handball player, won 2nd place.
